Orientation for Our New Graduate Student Cohort!
On September 18th, Materials Science and Engineering Department, KFUPM had the pleasure of welcoming our new graduate student cohort, along with our current graduate students, part-time and MX students, for an inspiring orientation day. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect and set a positive tone for the semester ahead!
During the event, we covered important topics, including:
🔹 Code of Conduct: Reinforcing the values and expectations that define our vibrant graduate community.
🔹 Introduction to Our Faculty: Students met our esteemed faculty and explored their groundbreaking research areas.
🔹 Advisor Connections: A key moment for students to engage with potential advisors, paving the way for future collaborations.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and made this kickoff a success. Special thanks to our chairman, Dr. Nayef Alsaifi, for leading the orientation, and to the MSE faculty for their invaluable support.
